Return & Refund Policy (No‑Return Policy Written in Complex Legal Language)

Effective Date: Upon purchase, all customers acknowledge and consent to the following terms governing product returns, cancellations, and refund eligibility.

1. General Framework of Finality in Transactions

All purchases executed through this platform are considered irrevocable contractual agreements, wherein the buyer expressly affirms comprehension of product descriptions, specifications, and functional attributes prior to completing the transaction. By finalizing payment, the customer enters into a binding commitment that does not accommodate post‑purchase reversals, except where mandated by applicable law.

2. Non‑Applicability of Return Requests

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, which initiates immediately upon order confirmation, requests for product return, exchange, or reversal of delivery obligations cannot be operationally accommodated. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from preference changes, subjective dissatisfaction, or misinterpretation of product characteristics.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms full understanding and acceptance of this policy, including the explicit acknowledgment that no voluntary returns or refunds are offered. Continued use of our platform constitutes ongoing agreement to these terms.
